THE ROLE This is a genuine opportunity to move away from cold-calling and one-off transactional selling into relationship-led account management.
You'll take ownership of an existing territory
South and East Wales down through Shropshire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire to Bristol
managing and growing relationships with retailer and trade distributor customers who already want to see you.
Rather than chasing one-off deals, you'll become a trusted partner to your customers' businesses, helping them sell more effectively, backed by a product range people genuinely get excited about.
Full CRM and data support is provided to help you prioritise your time and grow your patch.
ABOUT YOU You might currently be selling a commodity product in a high-pressure, cold-calling environment and be ready for something more rewarding and relationship-based.
Or you might be earlier in your career with a genuine passion for interiors, design and product, looking for the right platform to build on.
Either way, you're bright, enthusiastic and a natural at building rapport
self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own diary and territory.
Previous field sales, territory management, account management or business development experience is helpful but not essential; full training and a structured career path are provided for the right person.
