The Role

As a New Business Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Engage with key decision-makers, including healthcare providers, key stakeholders, and private healthcare organisations
• Present and sell innovative technology solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive and rewarding environment

Who You Are

✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling

✔ Knowledge of healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions is a plus but not a prerequisite

✔ Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

✔ Energetic, ambitious and target-driven

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
