The OpportunityYou will be responsible for developing business across Inverness and the surrounding areas, working on large, complex building projects with contractors, developers and end clients. While you'll engage regularly with on-site contacts, the role places a strong emphasis on influencing senior decision makers including Directors through ROI-led, commercial conversations.

The Role- Develop new business opportunities across major construction and infrastructure projects
- Build relationships at site level and director level
- Position modular buildings and welfare solutions as part of a total site strategy
- Lead commercial, value-based discussions focused on ROI, efficiency and sustainability
- Grow the territory with a high level of autonomy and ownership
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet complex customer needs
- Proven B2B sales experience (sector background is open)
- Strong ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Confident operating in a consultative, relationship-led sales environment
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and complex projects
- Organised, self-motivated and resilient
- Ambitious and keen to develop a long-term career with a market leader
- Experience selling into construction, hire, modular, infrastructure or related sectors would be advantageous BUT any B2B sales experience will be considered provided you have proven abilities to build credibility and rapport with senior decision makers.
