The Opportunity
- Develop sales of engineered solutions across various sectors
- Grow existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell of equipment and services
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across target industries
- Sell complex mechanical solutions, supported by a strong technical and service function
- Engage stakeholders from engineers and through to senior commercial decision-makers
- Work closely with internal engineering, service and installation teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What We’re Looking For
- A mechanically minded sales professional or engineer-turned-salesperson
- Background in mechanical engineering or engineered solutions (e.g. hydraulics, pneumatics, lifting, offshore equipment, capital machinery)
- Comfortable selling technical, high-value solutions
- Able to build credibility quickly with technically competent customers
- Commercially driven, organised and proactive
- Ambitious, with the desire and potential to progress toward Sales Director level
