THE ROLE- Handling inbound enquiries by phone and email
- Advising customers on suitable product options and solutions
- Preparing quotations and progressing them through to order
- Cross-referencing equivalent parts and offering alternatives
- Maintaining steady communication with regular customers
- Coordinating with suppliers for pricing, stock and technical checks
- Supporting external sales with information and updates
- Experience in internal sales or technical support within any industrial, mechanical or electrical environment
- Able to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers
- Comfortable working through enquiries from start to finish
- Interested in technical problem-solving and practical applications
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
