The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32000 £ per year.

£30,000–£32,000 basic bonus (£36,000–£38,000 OTE). This is for a B2B salesperson who's good at what they do but has had enough of the pressure. No daily call targets to grind out, no leaderboard, no manager standing over your shoulder. Just a calm, well-run sales office, established accounts to look after, and the time to actually build relationships with the customers you're responsible for.

Most internal sales and account management roles are dressed-up call centres: high volume, hard KPIs, churn and burn. This isn't that. The pace is deliberately steadier, the management is light-touch, and the targets are realistic. You're trusted to manage your accounts like an adult and judged on how well you grow them over time, not on how many dials you made before lunch.

The role itself is proactive account development. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing, active customers and grow them: understanding their business, spotting where you can do more for them, and becoming the person they pick up the phone to first. The accounts are already there and already spending. Your job is to make them bigger. It's not cold-calling and it's not order-taking.

The business supplies a broad base of trade and commercial customers and sits within a larger group that's expanding across Scotland. That matters, because this isn't a dead-end seat. People who do well here move into bigger, more senior roles across the group. So you get the calmer day-to-day without giving up somewhere to go.

You'd fit if you've worked in B2B sales — telesales, internal sales, account management, field sales, wherever — and you're genuinely good at it, but the pressure, the pace or the environment has worn thin. You like customers. You're better measured over months than over minutes. You'd rather build something steady than be ranked on a whiteboard every morning. You don't need electrical or product knowledge to do this; bring the sales instinct and the relationship-building, and the rest is learnable.

What's on offer:

  • £30,000–£32,000 basic bonus (£36,000–£38,000 OTE)
  • A genuinely relaxed, well-run office in Hillington, Glasgow
  • Realistic targets and light-touch management
  • A warm portfolio of established accounts, not a cold dialler
  • Real progression into bigger roles across a growing Scottish group

If you've been good at sales but want to do it somewhere that lets you breathe, this is worth a conversation.
