This is a Scottish-based manufacturer of specialist, engineered products that are used in a wide variety of applications across the globe. They work in energy and renewables, defence, aerospace, electrical power transmission and various other industrial applications, provide a cutting-edge solution that enable OEMs to vastly reduce cost, weight and efficiency in their builds. THE ROLE We're looking for a technical sales expert who can further develop an established base of OEM and Distributor customers across the UK and Europe. Most of this work is done remotely with travel limited to a few times a year, attending international trade shows and distributor visits. This is a job that has been looked after by a long-standing incumbent who is now retiring and is an opportunity build on an already successful sales function by taking a proactive approach to strengthening existing relationships and developing some new ones. ABOUT YOU Whilst the business is open-minded on the type of products and services that you've sold in the past, an engineering bias and a technical aptitude are a must-have for you to be effective in this in this role. You'll have demonstrable experience in an allied sector. THE PACKAGE Basic salary of £64,000 with a 20% OTE package. Fully expensed company car or car allowance. Private Pension and various perks.
