I’m partnering with a high-growth consultancy that has doubled in size every year for the past five years, working with some of the UK’s largest enterprise organisations on complex transformation, change and advisory programmes. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with:
- Outstanding enterprise pedigree
- Exceptional delivery credibility
- A grown-up, no-politics culture
- Serious earning potential
They now want an Enterprise Account Executive to open doors and win large, high-value enterprise engagements.
Why people love working here:
- Straight-talking and commercially honest
- High standards, zero ego
- Brilliant at delivery (not just selling slides)
- Supportive, collaborative and grown-up
- Ambitious without being corporate
People are trusted to do their job well - no micromanagement, no nonsense, just strong performance and great culture.
The Role:
You’ll focus purely on winning new enterprise clients and complex advisory engagements across Transformation & Change Programmes, Strategic & Operational Advisory and Large-Scale Business Improvement Initiatives. An average deal is £150k with several deals worth £1m+ last year. For the sector, sales cycles are pretty quick at around 2-3 months on average. They have significant exposure and success across Banking and FS with expansion moving into Utilities, Big Retail and Global Fashion.
The Person:
They’re open on background — but you must bring:
- Experience selling into large enterprise organisations
- Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record of £100k+ deal values
- Strong consultative discovery and value-based selling
Great backgrounds include:
- Professional Services / Consulting
- Managed Services
- Enterprise Software/SaaS
- Transformation or Strategic Programmes
Why this is a standout opportunity:
- You’re selling high-impact work, not commodities
- You’re backed by brilliant delivery & proven case studies
- You’re working with smart, normal people
- You can genuinely build a high-earning long-term career
If you’re an enterprise seller who thrives on complex deals and wants to work in a high-trust, high-calibre environment — this is worth exploring.
