We are looking for an ambitious, early-career Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business sales across Scotland with a clear path to Regional Sales Manager, building and leading your own team. The Role
- 100% new business focus across the Central Belt and wider Scotland
- Target sectors include: Security, Construction, Hospitality, Industrial, Airports, Hospitals
- Selling cost-saving sales solutions, ROI-driven easy to demonstrate value
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Identifying upsell opportunities across the wider product portfolio
- Building a pipeline and developing long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Background could include popular B2B products/solutions like Telecomms, Mobiles, Utilities, Payments etc.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new customers
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Someone who wants to progress into leadership and build a team
