Were hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the South East territory. Youll be targeting owner-led, relationship-driven businesses, supported by a marketing team that delivers warm, qualified leads. This is a high-value, low-volume sales role focused on deep discovery, building trust, and delivering tailored solutions.

The Role:

  • Take full ownership of a defined territory with strong market potential
  • Conduct discovery-led sales meetings to understand client needs in depth

  • Manage a 24 week sales cycle with average order values of around £50,000
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, focused on conversion rather than volume

  • Self-sufficient, structured, and confident in managing a field-based sales cycle

  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the North West

The Package:

  • £40,000£50,000 basic salary, depending on experience
