Were recruiting for a Business Development Manager role with a fast-growing provider of IT hardware, software and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their sales or account management career to step into a highly visible, relationship-focused role.
Whats the role all about?
Youll be the bridge between our client and one of their largest global IT hardware partners. Your job? To embed yourself within the suppliers Glasgow office and build strong relationships with their sales team making sure they feel confident promoting your employers services when opportunities arise.
Your week will include:
- Spending 23 days per week in the suppliers Glasgow office
- Running lunch & learn sessions and informal training
- Being a friendly, helpful, and visible point of contact
- Making sure the suppliers sales team know exactly how and when to bring in your company
- Acting as an ambassador and relationship champion

This is not a hardcore sales role its about visibility, trust, consistency, and energy. Youll need to be:

- A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
