This is more than a sales job—it’s your chance to help drive the next growth chapter of a high-performing, high-value services business. Backed by a cash-rich balance sheet, a stellar reputation, and an executive team with real ambition, this organisation is ready to double down on its market presence—and you’ll be leading the front line.

We’re recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to take on a key commercial role selling complex, high-value service solutions to senior stakeholders across the corporate space. Deals typically range from £1M–£5M, with flagship contracts exceeding £10M per year.

This role will give you the platform, backing, and autonomy to truly make an impact—whether that’s opening new markets or deepening relationships with strategic accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Spearheading the business’s expansion across new and existing markets in the UK
  • Targeting blue-chip clients with service-led, value-driven propositions
  • Owning the full sales cycle—from strategy and targeting to negotiation and close
  • Building deep relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement leads
  • Collaborating with internal operational and commercial teams to shape winning solutions

What Makes This Employer Stand Out:

  • Financially robust and actively investing in long-term growth
  • Strong delivery capability and a proven ability to win and service major contracts
  • Genuinely people-first culture where integrity, openness, and high performance go hand-in-hand
  • Leadership that backs ambition and empowers sales talent to think big and act decisively
  • Values-driven business that prioritises sustainability, community, and long-term client success

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven BDM with experience closing £1M+ service contracts
  • A consultative seller with a track record in high-value, multi-stakeholder sales
  • Strong understanding of corporate/enterprise buying behaviours and procurement cycles
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build a plan and execute with pace and precision
  • Someone who thrives in a performance-led but values-driven environment

Why This Is Different:

This isn’t an over-sold patch, a transactional product, or a slow-moving business. This is a well-capitalised, strategically ambitious company with a big vision—and they’re ready to invest in someone who can turn that vision into growth.

You’ll be given the autonomy to lead, the support to win, and the reward to match your results.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of around £60 – 80,000 is on offer with a full benefits package. Realistic on target earnings of £100 – 120,000 are realistic.
