This role is ideal for an ambitious Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the hunger to win new clients.
The Role: You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. You will work with senior decision-makers in premium, brand-conscious organisations, presenting solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Manage the full sales cycle, typically 4-6 weeks, from prospecting to close. Target deal values averaging £50k+ with multiple stakeholders involved. Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts while driving net new client wins. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Analyse performance metrics and sales conversion rates to ensure consistent growth. Work closely with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
About You: Proven experience in B2B new business sales with a strong hunter profile. Consultative selling skills with the ability to educate and influence decision-makers. Metrics-driven and analytical, able to plan top-of-funnel activity to hit targets. Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Resilient, commercially aware, and confident presenting to senior-level clients. Full UK driving licence and comfortable covering a South UK territory.
