You will take responsibility for a specific region where you will inherit some existing trading accounts. That said, the thrust of this role will be new account acquisition. To this end, you will manage a small SDR/BDR team who will provide some of the leads that you work on. It will be up to you to qualify the lead and develop your pipeline of opportunities which will involve various stages of the sale including discovery, demonstration, objection handling etc. The most successful BDMs in their UK team spend significant time on discovery, ensuring their solution is fit for purpose on a long-term basis. Be successful and you will be given the opportunity to develop your career within BD, Senior Account Management or Team Leadership.
Its likely that you are a proven BD sales person with a track record of winning new accounts within a SaaS/Software environment.
A basic salary of £60 - 65,000 is on offer with an uncapped commission scheme. Full benefits package.
