We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business across London and the South East, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to skin clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons. You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle — from first visit to close.
What You'll Do:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
* Manage a 4-6 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£50k-£100k)
* Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices
* Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals
* Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting
* Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in aesthetic innovation
What You'll Bring:
