We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business across London and the South East, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to skin clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons. You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle — from first visit to close.
What You'll Do:- Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
- Manage a 4–6 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£50k–£100k)
- Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices
- Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals
- Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting
- Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in aesthetic innovation
- A proven B2B sales track record, ideally with a focus on new business
- Experience in managing a field-based territory and planning your own pipeline
