£45,000 basic + performance-related bonus + company car
A field sales role where you inherit accounts that already trade with the business — so as the Area Sales Manager on this patch, your time goes on growing relationships and share of wallet, not chasing cold leads.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and developing existing trade accounts across showrooms, merchants, housebuilders and contract customers
• Working your own territory the way a good Territory Sales Manager should — keeping momentum and making the business the supplier customers can't do without
• Growing the spend of every account on your area

What you'll need

• Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager or Account Manager experience — whatever the title, you've held and grown a customer base
• A track record of building lasting customer relationships
• Confidence running your own territory

Helpful, but not essential

• A background in KBB, building products, plumbing and heating, merchant or trade distribution
• Experience selling across more than one channel
