Account Executive/Business Development Manager ARE YOU ONE OF THE BEST ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE'S IN YOUR BUSINESS?

Not good.

Not someone who consistently gets close to target.

Someone who wins.

Someone your competitors would happily employ.

Someone who can get in front of senior decision-makers, build genuine relationships and turn conversations into significant commercial opportunities.

If that's you, here's the question: ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH BACK FROM THE VALUE YOU CREATE?

We're working with a highly ambitious, privately owned services business that wants to add an exceptional enterprise salesperson to its team.

The opportunity is significant.

You'll have the freedom to build senior relationships across major corporate organisations, identify where the business can genuinely add value and shape solutions around what customers actually need.

You'll also have access to existing and dormant relationships, giving you a platform to create revenue while developing your own customer base.

And when you create value, you'll participate properly in the upside. £150,000 OTE in Year 1. £250,000 OTE in Year 2.

Uncapped beyond that.

And, for the right person, the opportunity to earn equity in the business.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Your background could come from a range of service-led markets.

What's more important is that you're already operating successfully in a corporate or enterprise sales environment and can demonstrate that you know how to create, develop and close substantial opportunities.

You'll be someone who: Has a strong track record of corporate/enterprise B2B sales success.

Sells services or complex, solution-led propositions rather than simple transactional products.

Is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships from scratch.

Can uncover a commercial problem, understand what a customer genuinely needs and shape an appropriate solution.

Takes ownership of opportunities from initial conversation through to close.

Has the confidence and credibility to represent a smaller, entrepreneurial business in front of major corporate customers.

Is naturally proactive, energetic and commercially curious.

Doesn't need a huge corporate infrastructure around them to perform.

Wants considerably more from the next stage of their career.

THE ENVIRONMENT You'll have support, expertise, an excellent track record and existing customer relationships behind you — but you'll own your success .

That's important.

The people who thrive here are bright, driven, personable and commercially ambitious.

They enjoy meeting customers.

They create opportunities rather than waiting for them.

They move quickly.

They take responsibility.

Most importantly, they want to build something.

In return, you'll join a business that genuinely believes the people who create its success should share in it.

That means exceptional earning potential, genuine influence and the possibility of equity ownership for the right individual. #J-18808-Ljbffr
