The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 £ per month.
We are mainly looking for support in three areas:
- Social Media & Content Creation: Creating posts, publishing them across our platforms, and monitoring community engagement.
- Marketing Strategy Support: Working alongside our marketing director to contribute ideas for campaigns, positioning, and overall marketing direction.
- Copywriting: Writing blog articles, website content, and marketing copy.
We operate across two main marketing channels: one directed at guests and travellers, and the other directed at property owners and partners, which gives exposure to both B2C and B2B communication.
The role is remote and highly flexible. Most of the team works asynchronously, communicating throughout the day (and night), so the work can be done at times that fit around any schedule. Occasionally, we may organise in-person meetings to shoot content, but these are not frequent (e.g. once a month). The position is structured as a freelance arrangement (paid via monthly invoice) rather than formal employment.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks without needing very detailed direction.
