As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our charity campaigns, engaging with members of the public in high-footfall locations across the West Midlands. You'll learn valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills while working within a supportive and ambitious team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent our charity partners through face-to-face sales and marketing.
• Engage with members of the public in busy shopping centres, high streets, and event locations.
• Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work towards individual and team performance goals.
• Attend daily coaching sessions and ongoing development workshops.
• Occasionally travel across the UK for campaigns, networking events, and business development opportunities.

• £400 per week basic pay.
• Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
