Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Account manage existing key accounts, tracking and growing revenue along with gaining and developing new accounts for agreed target markets.
- Increase the volume of UK and overseas residential events held at the hotel.
- Full sales function including pre-sales activities, preparing quotations, researching all potential clients, gathering all market intelligence through initially telemarketing as well as handling post-sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly agreed targets for telesales appointments and revenue targets.
- Recommend membership of relevant associations, sales trips and trade shows that will benefit the Hotel in achieving its budget.
- Work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
