How to prepare for a job interview at Sales & Marketing

Know Your Skin

Before the interview, take some time to think about your own skincare journey. What products have you tried? What has worked for you and what hasn’t? Being able to share personal experiences will make your responses more relatable and engaging.

Practice Speaking on Camera

Even if you don’t have prior experience, it’s a good idea to practice speaking in front of a camera. Record yourself discussing your skincare routine or reacting to products. This will help you feel more comfortable and confident during the actual interview.

Be Honest and Authentic

Hyse Skincare is looking for real experiences, so don’t be afraid to share your genuine thoughts. If something didn’t work for you, say so! Authenticity resonates well with audiences and can set you apart from others.

Prepare for Quick Demos

Since you'll be doing quick product demos, familiarise yourself with the products beforehand. Think about how you would demonstrate their use and what key points you want to highlight. This preparation will show that you’re proactive and knowledgeable.
