We're looking for our first Property Manager to help build our lettings and management division from the ground up.
We don't have a high-street office, an established landlord database or a large existing portfolio handed to you.
This is not a conventional Property Manager role.
You won't simply inherit an existing portfolio - you'll help build it!
The Opportunity You'll combine property management, lettings and business development, including:
- Building your own landlord portfolio
- Winning new landlord instructions
- Developing relationships with landlords, investors and developers
- Managing residential properties across Kensington
- Handling lettings, viewings, renewals and move-outs
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and inspections
- Managing rent collection, arrears and tenancy administration
- Ensuring UK lettings compliance
- Helping shape our systems, processes and service, 40% commission for your first 12 months or first 20-30 landlords - whichever comes first.
