• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand each customer's requirements, style preferences and budget.
• Explain our bespoke and made-to-measure suit options, fabrics, materials and technology.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage enquiries from new and existing customers by phone, email, online channels and in person.
• Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work towards individual and company sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Work closely with the tailoring and production team to ensure customers receive an excellent service from initial consultation through to completion.
  We are looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will help customers understand our products, guide them through their options and build strong relationships that lead to sales and repeat business. We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic and enjoys speaking with people. Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly within fashion, tailoring, luxury retail or customer service, although full training can be provided to the right person.
