- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions and operate the till.
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and well-organised.
- Assist with stock deliveries, inventory checks and daily store operations.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service.
- Good knowledge of Japanese anime figures, blind boxes, collectibles or related merchandise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, responsible and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and during busy retail periods.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Pokémon Trading Card Game (Pokémon TCG), including card products and collectibles.
- Experience working in anime, gaming, collectibles or hobby retail stores.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
