What you will be doing Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers Booking and chasing up valuations Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions Identifying opportunities for new business Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office Prospecting for new business What you will have A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge Full UK driving licence What's in it for you?
