Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and prestigious Estate Agent. This is a perfect move if you are currently in a Valuer's role, or an experienced Sales Negotiator who feels ready to make the step up into the position.
They are a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Sheffield and surrounding area. What you will be doing:
- Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
- Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
- Booking and chasing up valuations
- Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business
- Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office
- Prospecting for new business
What you will have:
- A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market
- You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
