Have you always fancied working in the property sector? This is a very rare opportunity to make the move into the Estate Agency industry, with a leading independent brand who have an entry level opening in one of their successful Sheffield branches. This isn’t just a permanent role, as you’ll be entered into the company’s Employee Ownership scheme, and will be involved in end of year bonuses, and key company decisions – it’s a genuine, long term career move!

On offer here, is an excellent basic salary of £25.5k with achievable work related add-ons of £2k/£3k per annum, however it’s uncapped. On top of the other benefits, you’ll receive industry leading training, and the ongoing support of your colleagues too! Basically, you’ll be handed all the tools you need to ensure you are a success in the industry.

In the role, you’ll initially focus on the reception and admin side, and as you grow into it, will become more and more involved in customer contact and actual viewings.

On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Checking and answering emails and calls from prospective tenants
  • Arranging viewings, liaising with all parties concerned
  • Dealing with any potential problems, including arranging repairs
  • Referencing/credit checking potential tenants
  • As you progress, you will be expected to go out on viewings and inspections, and handle all the negotiations involved.

We’d love to hear from you if you are from a Customer Service/Administration or sales background, and have a passion for property – a natural people person. Also, your own transport would be desirable (but not essential!) and live in relative proximity to the S10 area of Sheffield.
