We're recruiting for a New Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and prestigious Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and outstanding customer service. This represents a senior role with an Estate Agent that has established its position as one of the leading property experts in the S11, S10 and S17 region.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently valuing, to have a more autonomous role and a patch to operate in where you will be dealing with properties often in excess of £1m. Aside from the basic salary, you can expect commissions and an annual profit-related bonus on top, making this one of the most lucrative property roles in the area at the moment!
What you will be doing:
- Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
- Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
- Booking and chasing up valuations
- Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and winning new business
- Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office
- Prospecting for new business
What you will have:
- A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market
- You are currently working as a valuer so have up-to-date market knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
