Have you always fancied working in the property sector? This is a very rare opportunity to make the move into the Estate Agency industry, with a leading national brand who have an entry level opening in one of their successful Sheffield branches.

On offer here, is an excellent basic salary (£25K - £30k) with an achievable work related add ons of £2k/ £3k per annum, however it’s uncapped – on top of the other benefits, you’ll receive industry leading training in a designated Training Centre, the opportunity to work towards qualifications, and the ongoing support of your colleagues too! Basically, you’ll be handed all the tools you need to ensure you are a success in the industry.

In the role, you’ll initially focus on the admin side, and as you grow into it, will become more and more involved in the customer contact and actual viewings.

On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Checking and answering emails and calls from prospective tenants
  • Arranging viewings, liaising with all parties concerned
  • Dealing with any potential problems, including arranging repairs
  • Referencing / credit checking potential tenants
  • As you progress, you will be expected to go out on viewings and inspections, and handle all the negotiations involved.
