A vacancy has arisen in a well-established and renowned Insolvency Practice in Sheffield for the position of Insolvency Sales Consultant. The company is a leading brand within the sector and helps business owners and Directors in financial distress by exploring insolvency and finance options.
This opportunity requires you to take on a role where you will utilise a multitude of skills: sales, account management, advisory, and customer service. It comes with a superb basic salary, a lucrative bonus, full training, and ongoing development with a view to you becoming a fully-fledged, qualified Insolvency Consultant. It is a 9-5 role, office-based (S10) with free parking, and also comes with a fantastic benefits package for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate would have a working background in the industry, but it is not essential. Depending on your experience and knowledge for the role, you will be provided tailored training to get you up to speed. Confident and focused, you will be tasked with talking to business owners with empathy and clarity, ensuring they take the most positive route from their current position.
The role has two main aspects:
- Facilitating inbound consultations - taking details and fact-finding from incoming calls to pass onto the Consultants in the office.
- Generating own consultations - grow and nurture a network of contacts from finance and accountant firms to generate opportunities to self-generate your own consultations.
The position offers a salary completely negotiable based upon your skills, experience, and industry knowledge. Duties & responsibilities:
- Deliver professional consultations to company directors.
- Promote the services of the organisation - various financial services including corporate insolvency, personal insolvency, and financial services.
- Log details on a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), arrange call backs, create a pipeline, ultimately creating opportunities and qualifying them into clients.
- Self-generating leads and opportunities.
Qualities & skills:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be self-motivated and able to work undistracted.
- Computer literate with experience in using Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with CRM systems would be helpful.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Experience:
- Experience of working in insolvency or similar financial sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Successful experience of working within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
