We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate Early Years Coach / Tutor for our client, a Training Provider like no other. With this company, you will be joining a multi-award winner, who pride themselves on developing their staff, who are big enough to give you a secure role, yet small enough that people will know who you are, and your hard work, dedication will be valued and rewarded.

This company have family values, and providing you with a work / life balance is at the very top of their agenda. On top of this, they are now one of the leading Early Years training & apprenticeship providers in the UK, and to become the top, which is their ambition, they are wanting to meet you!

These roles are aimed at Early Years Tutors (who can teach and guide up to Level 5), so its essential you have this experience or relevant degree to back it up. Further, this is a working from home role, so you will have more time speaking to learners, helping, guiding and motivating, and less time stuck in traffic on the road! The company is all about quality above quantity, and remote working enables you to spend more time speaking to learners.

And although this is home based, you will always feel part of the team you will have tutors working in the geographical areas with you, who you can bounce ideas off, and a truly supportive management team for you to lean on the expectation is you will also spend 2 days a month at Head Office (accessible in West Yorkshire) where you will be invited to put forward your ideas and experiences amongst your peers.

If you are an Early Years Education professional who feels undervalued, and wants to be part of this incredible success story, then its perfect for you. Similarly, you may have seen the benefits of remote learning, from your work / life balance to spending more time with learners, again this will be the way they operate from here on in.

What you can also expect is a superb basic salary,(£28k – £30k with negotiation) brilliant holiday entitlement, and a host of other benefits which are above the norm. If you are looking at adding to your salary too, there are substantial bonuses paid for completion of learners and signing up new ones, and its not unusual for Tutors here to add an extra £3k / £4k onto their salary!!

The role is to start ideally early January 2026, so interviews are imminent subject to your notice period; so please, send us your CV today and well arrange a confidential, informal chat to kick things off.
