We are working with our client, within the Insurance industry, who due to a mix of more internal promotions and plans to expand into 2025 have an opportunity for 3 more Lead Generators to join their team. Working in plush offices just outside the city centre, this job is aimed at money motivated Sales professionals, who not only want to boost their bank balance, but give their career a boost too, working in a supportive, friendly office with a load of other benefits.

The company works in the Business 2 Consumer Insurance marketplace, offering a host of products to people, and the fact you are offering some all-important savings to them will ensure you will quickly get their attention and interest! In this role, you will work from an updated database / Lead gen tracker, and will be doing a fact finding exercise. Once you’ve ascertained the prospect qualifies, you will then be able to transfer them over to the Sales Team to close.

You will be resilient and sales focused, as each call could literally make you money! On offer here is:

  • A bonus system which has been designed to be both achievable and lucrative – you will be eligible to receive £15 - £40 per transfer, and the expectation is you will make ideally 2 / 3 a day, but there’s nothing to stop you over achieving on this!
  • When the prospects are transferred through and the sale is complete, you will be eligible for a percentage of the sale too, so you will actually continue to make money after your initial transfer is made!
  • There are loads of incentives too – this year the office is going (all expenses) to Doncaster Races, and there’s already been a load of giveaways (PS5’s, cash rewards, lunches).
  • A brilliant holiday allowance to enjoy your earnings AND the opportunity to earn an extra 2 weeks of PAID leave!
  • Office hours – no evenings, no weekends, no bank holidays.
  • Free parking – easily accessible by foot or public transport.
  • Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pension.
  • A base salary of £23k.

There are few roles in the region to compare to this, and we’d love to hear from you if you are currently in a sales role where you are NOT earning what you feel you should be. Ideally, you should come from a telephone (outbound) based background, or sales background of any description (contact centre / sales office / retail) with an ability to speak to people at all levels, and with high motivation levels.
