The Role

As a B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into enrolled students, reporting to the Admissions Manager. You will take ownership of your pipeline, from initial enquiry through to conversion. This is a hands-on role, with a clear focus on delivering strong conversion outcomes across a high volume of enquiries. We are looking for a commercially driven, ambitious individual with a strong bias for action. You will ensure consistent follow-up, high-quality interactions, and delivery against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue contribution: Contribute to achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective management of your pipeline and conversion outcomes.
  • Pipeline ownership: Take ownership of inbound enquiries, ensuring timely responses, consistent follow-up, and clear progression of all opportunities.
  • Sales execution: Run structured consultations with prospective students and parents, clearly communicating our offering and guiding them towards the most appropriate programme.
  • Sales process and execution: Follow established sales processes, maintain high response standards, and ensure consistent follow-up and closing discipline.
  • Funnel optimisation: Work closely with Marketing to ensure high-quality lead flow and maximise conversion across the funnel. Use CRM data and reporting to identify and address inefficiencies.
  • Product feedback: Use insights from customer interactions to inform product development and pricing, ensuring we remain highly competitive in a premium market.

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong commercial mindset and accountability for results
  • Ability to work in a hands-on role managing your own pipeline
  • Analytical approach, comfortable using CRM systems and sales data
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to challenge constructively
  • Familiarity with UK higher education and admissions processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience in education, tutoring, EdTech, or similar service-based sectors
  • Experience in high-volume or inbound sales environments
  • Experience in consultative sales
  • Degree from Oxford or Cambridge (advantageous, not required)

What We Offer

Growth and progression: This role offers a clear path to progression within the sales function. High performers will have the opportunity to take on more complex client segments and move into more senior roles over time.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: £24,000 (pro rata if part time)
  • Uncapped performance bonus (realistic £10,000–£15,000)
  • Additional team incentives and events

Working structure:

  • Full-time role, 6 month fixed term contract
  • Primarily remote, with in-person meetings approximately once per month

Selection Process:

Following initial screening and interviews, candidates will be asked to complete an assessment. This will be followed by a two stage interview process: Preliminary interview and Advanced interview focused on practical execution, including a business case presentation to senior leadership.
