Who We’re Looking For:

  • A hunter – someone who thrives in generating and closing new business.
  • Experience selling marketing automation, email, or customer engagement platforms to B2C brands in the UK/EU market.
  • Ideally coming from companies like Emarsys, Ometria, Klaviyo, Mapp Digital, Bloomreach, Braze, or similar competitors.
  • Strong self-starter mindset – while we provide marketing support, you should be willing to build your own pipeline, especially during dry months.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new B2C eCommerce, retail, and DTC brands in the UK/EU market.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDRs, but also take ownership of pipeline building.
  • Conduct product demos and position Netcore Cloud’s unique value proposition (AI-powered email delivery, interactive emails, dedicated CSM, cost efficiency, etc.).
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
