Sales Chief is hiring on behalf of our client, one of the country\'s leading coaching and events providers to the estate agency sector.
They are expanding their internal sales function with a high-performing Business Development Manager who can convert significant inbound lead flow, monetise multiple revenue streams, and support landlords and investors across their service suite.
This is not a typical lettings negotiator or estate agent role.
There are no property visits and no cold calling.
This is a true sales role, focused on revenue generation, disciplined pipeline management, and high-volume phone-based conversion.

Key Responsibilities1.
- Off-Market Property Deals (Primary Focus)
- Engage with landlords considering selling and investors looking for buy-to-let opportunities.
- Match off-market opportunities and generate sourcing fees.
- Provide solutions such as selling with tenants in situ and avoiding estate agency fees.
- Secure two-year management agreements on completed deals.
Deal Value Example
- Sourcing fee: 2% of purchase price (minimum £2,500)
- Management income: approx. £3,000 over two years
- Total minimum value: £5,500+
Commission
- 10% of the sourcing fee
- £100 per new tenancy takeover
2. Converting Self-Managing Landlords to Fully Managed Services With a large proportion of landlords self-managing, this is a major growth opportunity.
You will
- Identify landlords through guides, funnels, webinars and the existing database.
- Book compliance and optimisation consultations.
- Highlight legal exposure, compliance risks and rental inefficiencies.
- Convert landlords into fully managed service clients.
Commission
- £100 per property takeover
- £50 referral bonus for landlords selling on the open market
