Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Executive to help grow our client base and expand the reach of our sales training programmes. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions that genuinely help businesses improve their sales performance.

This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through to closing and account follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and inbound leads
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, sales managers, and decision-makers
  • Present Sales Business School programmes and explain how they address client needs
  • Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to support campaigns and client success
  • Follow up with clients after programme delivery to support long-term partnerships
  • Stay informed about trends in sales training, professional development, and B2B sales

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges and present relevant solutions
  • Organised approach to managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
