We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our sales function, define strategy, and scale revenue growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for building, managing, and optimising a high-performing sales team while identifying new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s commercial direction and ensuring consistent achievement of ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Build and optimise the sales pipeline, processes, and performance metrics
