As a Salesperson at Sales Business School, you will:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the training and professional development sector
  • Conduct consultations and product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Work closely with Marketing and Training teams to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales forecasting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new leads and generate interest in Sales Business School’s programs
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Prepare and deliver customised presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Track sales performance and report key metrics to management
