Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients and learners throughout their experience with Sales Business School. You will help answer enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every client interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and digital communication platforms
  • Provide accurate information about Sales Business School programs, services, and processes
  • Support clients with course enrolment, scheduling, and general account queries
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
