The Role:

The People & Compliance Co-ordinator is an essential role and ensures that the highest standard of compliance is adhered to, across all aspects of the business, including Legal, Data Protection, Fire, Health & Safety and Human Resources, and is seen as a key point of contact in this important support function.

Key responsibilities:

  • To carry out all administrative tasks required for the People & Compliance function to include but not limited to:
  • Exception reports will be checked and actioned.
  • Phone calls to charity supporters completed.
  • Creating weekly and adhoc reports for internal and external use.
  • Accident reporting.
  • Weekly and monthly Fire, Health & Safety checks.
  • Complete Right to Work checks on new starters.
  • Organise inductions for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate records of training.
  • General administrative duties.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a support role is desirable but not essential.
  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload demonstrating a proactive approach to work.
  • Organised, have excellent written and verbal communication and have the ability to develop and maintain strong professional working relationships.
  • A can-do attitude, good time management and have the ability to adapt to situations demonstrating a positive approach to all areas of the business.
  • A clear, logical, analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
