We’re currently hiring Trainee Sales Assistants to join a growing team within the energy sector, working across London in a face-to-face, customer-focused role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build confidence, and is motivated to develop within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with customers face-to-face across different areas
  • Introducing and explaining energy services in a clear, professional manner
  • Supporting the sales process by understanding customer needs
  • Assisting with lead generation and customer onboarding
  • Recording customer interactions and daily activity
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
