Following continued growth across the UK, we have recently expanded into Birmingham and are looking for ambitious graduates and career-minded individuals to join our 12–18 Month Graduate Management Trainee Programme. We're looking for people who want to develop real business skills, take on leadership responsibility, and grow alongside a business during an exciting expansion phase. We specialise in retail promotions and customer acquisition campaigns within the energy sector, working face-to-face with customers in major retail environments on behalf of nationally recognised brands. Unlike many graduate schemes that rotate through departments with limited responsibility, our programme provides hands-on experience across sales, leadership, recruitment, training, and business operations from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing major brands through retail promotions
  • Engaging with customers face-to-face in retail environments
  • Educating customers on products and services
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Learning sales and business development fundamentals
  • Supporting team training and development
  • Assisting with recruitment and interviewing
  • Contributing to the growth of our Birmingham operation

Your Development Journey

Months 0–4: Business Foundations

  • Learn customer acquisition and communication skills
  • Develop confidence working with customers face-to-face

Months 4–8: Leadership Development

  • Begin supporting and mentoring newer team members
