We are looking for team players with a commitment to supporting and nurturing some of our more vulnerable students. A good sense of humour, kindness and flexibility are essential for this role. We are proud of our Special Educational Needs Department, which has undergone significant development in recent years, and as a result more parents are choosing to send their children to be supported by our provision. The team of Educational Teaching Assistants is large and stable and this position has become vacant due to unexpected further growth in students needing support in our school. Come and join our team to help support our students on their journey to achieve their ambitions.

- Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
- A flexible, positive, and patient attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
