They are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong sales background to join their team. Please note- the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel and meet new clients to establish relationships.

What will your role look like?

  • Drive property sales and lettings by identifying new business opportunities and actively closing deals with clients
  • Proactively reach out to new clients and companies, presenting properties
  • Negotiate and close deals on property sales, leases, and renewals
  • Manage the daily operations of properties, including maintenance coordination, tenant and guest relations, and ensuring smooth transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and companies
  • Work closely with a small internal team and report directly to Managing Director
