What will your role look like?
As a Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a busy and dynamic sales department, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their sales targets. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting a team of sales executives to achieve personal and department goals
- Driving customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service
- Maximising profitability through sales and additional income opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, Data Protection, and company processes
