Plumber | Field/Home Based | Full Time | Monday to Friday | Up to £34,000pa + Bonus + Company van and electrical tools provided
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Plumber based in Telford and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will earn up to £34,000 + bonus scheme, dependent on experience and skills.
The role involves inspection, servicing, fault finding of plumbing in domestic and commercial properties, and mains water repair work.
Ideally, you will have a minimum qualification of Diploma 2 City & Guilds Plumbing.

Role Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in plumbing or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving license
- Friendly and informative communication skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Role Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to meet customer service standards and expectations
- Perform a range of plumbing tasks to a high standard and high productivity
- Attend to responsive repairs, diagnose faults, and undertake remedial actions
- Support and cover for other engineers and participate in out-of-hours service rota
- Liaise with dispatchers for appointments and work details; communicate with customers regarding access and works

Founded in 2005, our client is a family-run business operating under a franchise for Dyno-Plumbing & Heating, owned by British Gas. We employ 26 qualified plumbers offering a wide range of plumbing services, from leak repairs to full bathroom installations and hot water system upgrades.
