Our client's practice has served the people of Shipley and the wider area for over 120 years and is now seeking a skilled litigator to join their team and contribute to a varied and high-quality caseload.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in litigation
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
  • Ideally, you will bring a caseload (full or part) with you
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow within the practice

What will your role look like?

  • Ideally, act for developer clients, with an understanding of Technology and Construction Court work
  • Bring and manage a full or part caseload, if available
  • Manage Cases Involving:
  • Contract disputes
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • High-value debt recovery
  • Breach of commercial contracts
  • TOLATA cases (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act)
  • Probate and inheritance disputes
