CNC Milling Setter/Operator | Osier Way, Aylesbury | Full Time | £32,000 -35,000k to be negotiated DOE

The assurance of quality is fundamental for all precision engineering and anodising carried out by their company and is practised by all employees in their daily activities.
They are seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their dynamic and growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in CNC machining and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

What will your role look like?
- Set up, and operate, CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis)

- Perform in-process quality checks and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain machinery and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
