Our client's practice has served the people of Shipley and the wider area for over 120 years and is now seeking a Care Lawyer who is a member of the Children's panel to join their team.

- Previous experience working with Children's Guardians (preferred)
- Strong advocacy and case management skills

What will your role look like?
- Lead the Care Proceedings department, taking over from the retiring head of department
- Represent clients in public law Children Act proceedings, acting on behalf of children, parents, and guardians
- Accept instructions from Children's Guardians (if accredited and experienced)
- Help drive the growth and development of the department through strategic input and client relationship building
- Potential involvement in family financial cases
